Elizabeth Ronayne has over 24 years of banking and finance experience including 10 years of lending in the affordable housing area.  She is currently responsible for the identification, origination and servicing of corporate investors which will invest in Low Income Housing Tax Credit limited partnerships sponsored by Michel Associates, Ltd.  Prior to joining Michel Associates, Ms. Ronayne was a senior executive in the Asset Based Lending Group with one of the nation’s largest commercial bank holding companies with over $80 billion in assets.

Ms. Ronayne’s primary responsibilities included identifying new business prospects, initiating lending relationships and ongoing client management. Ms. Ronayne has specialized in providing credit facilities to syndicators of Low Income Housing Tax Credit partnerships.
