Matt Hawkes has over 8 years of real estate acquisition, conversion and lending experience. He is currently responsible for all aspects of acquisitions including the pricing and structuring of transactions, as well as coordinating with legal counsel to review and approve due diligence documentation and the negotiation of final partnership agreements. Prior to joining Michel Associates in 2007, Mr. Hawkes was employed by Donahue & Grolman, a Boston law firm, working in their real estate department.
